Program Details

Let your talents blossom in a dynamic studio arts major that blends multiple art mediums and art history with a broad study of scientific, social, and cultural approaches to engaging with the world. At Palm Beach Atlantic University, every aspect of your education will be rooted in Scripture and tailored to your professional, interpersonal, and spiritual growth.

Good art requires lived experience, active curiosity, and immersion in the world. At PBA, we build those multifaceted aspects of creation into your degree program. You will complete a minor (or second major!) to complement and strengthen your studio art major with new perspectives.

Explore the Faith, Roots, and Reason general education courses

Hone your craft across mediums, from drawing, painting, and graphic design to ceramics, sculpture, and digital photography. You’ll also study art history, foundations of art and design, and the process of creativity in art.

Invest in your passions or take up new skills in courses on watercolor, crafts, stained glass, digital graphics, and more. You will also choose to complete an internship in your field of interest or an independent art project under the guidance of a faculty mentor.

The Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design, is a professional degree program, with the goal of post-graduation employment as its core guiding principle. This program provides a much more robust and comprehensive course of study, providing greater breadth and depth of information and experiences.
